AAKARSH GREEN ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED is an Indian private limited company set up to bring electric sweeping and cleaning machinery to Indian cities, industrial estates, campuses and public spaces, in step with the Make in India vision of building capability at home. Incorporated on 09 October 2025 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi, the company is built around a simple premise: sanitation and facility-cleaning work in India can be cleaner, quieter and more energy-efficient than it is today.
Our focus is on electric ride-on sweepers, debris sweepers and walk-behind scrubbers — machines that replace diesel-powered equipment and manual labour with quiet, zero-tailpipe-emission alternatives suited to Indian roads, campuses and climates. We work with customers from the first site assessment through to after-sales support, so that every machine we supply is matched to the ground conditions it will actually operate in.
As a young, growth-focused organisation, we are building our manufacturing and assembly capability in phases, alongside a network of service partners for installation, training, spares and maintenance across India.

We inspect every machine against defined performance criteria — sweeping width, suction, battery endurance and control response — before it is released for dispatch.
We prioritise electric, zero-tailpipe-emission equipment and responsible handling of batteries and end-of-life components.
Our machines are specified with operator safety features (parking brakes, guarded moving parts, clear controls) and we provide operator training on safe use.
Every machine we supply moves through a structured build and inspection sequence, so that quality is checked at each stage rather than only at the end of the line.
Structural blanks — frames, boxes and panels — are cut to design dimensions for accurate, repeatable parts.
Cut components are bent to calibrated angles and radii, ensuring a tight, accurate fit at assembly.
Automated welding on frames and structural boxes, with in-process monitoring to catch weak or missed welds.
Pickling and phosphating prepare the surface, followed by an electrophoretic coat and oven-cured paint finish.
Motors, battery packs, brushes and control systems are fitted following standardised build steps.
Each unit is checked for sweeping performance, suction power, drive response, and battery endurance.
Machines that clear testing are moved to a categorised storage area ahead of dispatch.
Units are secured for transit and tracked through to delivery at the customer's site.
